What materials are used in your jewelry?We utilize precious metals such as platinum, gold and silver.Do you use natural diamonds?No. We are commited to ethical and sustainable gemstones only. We focus on sourcing and creating the most flawless lab-made stones possible.Can I return or exchange jewelry if it doesn't fit or if I change my mind?We want you to love your jewelry! For standard, non-custom items, we accept returns initiated within 14 days of receipt, provided the jewelry is in perfectly saleable condition with the original receipt. Custom-made and personalized pieces are unfortunately non-returnable.To initiate a return, please contact us with your order information and photos of the item you wish to return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process refunds for eligible returns, excluding original shipping charges. For standard items ineligible for returns, we will do our best to work out a solution with you.Do you offer warranties on your jewelry?Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty on all our products under normal use. Damage outside of normal use, such as cracks and broken into parts is not covered under warranty. For international orders, customers are responsible for shipping costs. We will also do our best to find the most convenient solution to your item fixed.Can I track my order once it's been shipped?Yes, we provide tracking numbers with all shipments.

We also observed that many individuals wear jewelry imbued with personal meaning – religious symbols, cultural heritage – yet the designs often felt understated, almost an afterthought. We believed these pieces deserved to be powerful statements.Thus, we introduced our Culture Collection. It's about taking those deeply resonant symbols and transforming them into substantial, impactful pieces. We're demonstrating that everyday jewelry can be elevated, possess presence, and make a bold statement.We began by collaborating with friends and family to craft custom pendants. Our focus was on identifying symbols that resonated profoundly, then meticulously crafting them using sustainable, ethically sourced materials.
